Fab Engineers & Interiors

Fab Engineers & Interiors is basically just us working out of the Fab Building over here on 1st Main in H.A.L. 3rd Stage. It’s a busy spot near the 5th Cross. We spend most of our days dealing with a mix of metal parts and wood for the interior stuff people need. The shop floor usually has a few projects going at once, so there’s always sawdust or bits of scrap lying around until we clean up on Saturday evenings. We aren’t a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything. You just walk in and see us working on whatever is on the bench that day. Sometimes it’s a bit loud with the tools running, but that’s just how engineering work goes. We’ve been at this address, 142/1, for a while now, and the neighbors know us by the sound of the shutters opening in the morning. It’s a practical setup. We handle the drawings, then we cut the materials and put things together. It’s not always pretty while it’s happening, but the end result is what matters to the folks who hire us. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone covered in dust or holding a measuring tape. We don’t have a sales team, just the people who actually do the making and the fitting. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice so they fit right when they get to the site. There is usually hot tea around 4 PM, which is when we take a quick break.
