Application Engineer

We're at 71 Sree Kala Nilaya, up on the 1st Floor. The location is 10th Cross, 3rd Main, right off Cbi Road in Lakshmaiah Block. This is Ganganagar, Bangalore-560024. It’s a bit of a long address but once you get to Cbi Road it’s not too hard to find us. We call ourselves Application Engineer and that’s basically what we do all day. We’re not into the whole corporate culture thing. Our office is just a regular floor in a residential-style building. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the technical side of engineering projects. The 10th Cross is usually quiet enough for us to focus. We get quite a bit of work done here without much fuss. There’s no big sign or fancy lobby. You just come up the stairs to the first floor. Ganganagar is a good area, lots of trees around some of the streets. We like the atmosphere here. It’s honest and local. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just engineering. We figure out how things work and try to make them better. Sometimes we’re here late when a project needs finishing. We don't mind the long hours. It's just part of the job. Being at Sree Kala Nilaya feels right for us. It’s a practical space for practical people. No missions or visions, just working on stuff. That is where we are.
