We are over on 17th Cross in Malleswaram West, specifically at No.99 which used to be No.24. Appanna & Nirmala Associates has been around this part of town for a good while. It's a busy area and our office reflects that. We spend most of our time dealing with plans and site inspections. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of back and forth with clients trying to figure out what fits in their space. Malleswaram has a certain way of doing things, and we’ve grown used to the local rhythms. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, a neighbor tells another neighbor about us. We handle the paperwork and the technical drawings that go into a project. Sometimes the office is a mess of blueprints and coffee mugs, but that’s just how we work. We like the local feel of being here. We deal with all sorts of buildings, from small renovations to bigger setups. It’s mostly about making sure things are done right according to the rules. We aren't interested in making things look like a magazine if they don't function well for the people living there. We take things day by day. If you walk past 17th Cross, you’ll probably see us inside working on some CAD files or arguing over a measurement. It's just a regular local business trying to do honest work for people in the community and keeping things as simple as possible for everyone.
