We’ve been set up here at Plot No 1A in the Bommasandra Industrial Area for quite some time now. This 4th Phase area is usually busy, mostly with trucks coming in and out of the industrial estate all day long. Our team comes in every morning to handle the chemistry and pharmaceutical work that goes on inside these walls. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but being in this part of Bangalore makes sense for what we do. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where the actual work happens. We’ve seen the industrial area grow quite a bit over the years. New buildings keep popping up around us all the time. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks. It’s quiet inside once the machines are running. We drink a lot of tea during the breaks and talk about the weekend or how the weather is changing. It's just a normal workplace with a lot of science stuff going on.
