Anusha Granite & Marbles

Our place is over at No. 130 in Harapanahalli, which is part of the Jigani area in Anekal. If you know the neighborhood, we are quite close to the Nistra Layout. It is a dusty part of town because of all the stone work going on around here, but that’s just how Jigani is. Anusha Granite & Marbles isn’t some high-rise corporate setup. It is more of a yard where we keep the slabs and handle the daily load. We’ve got different types of stone sitting around, and we spend most of our time moving them or checking the stock. The sun can be pretty harsh out here, so we usually have a tea break under the shade when things slow down. People often drop by because they are building something nearby or just looking for options. We don’t have a flashy showroom with air conditioning. It’s a working yard. Sometimes the trucks get delayed or the rain makes the ground a bit muddy, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and know the local faces. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and shifting, so we stay pretty tired by the end of the day. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the business happens right there on the ground at Harapanahalli. It’s just how we like to run things. Every day is different depending on what arrives at the gate.
