Annapurna Plastics

Annapurna Plastics is situated right in the middle of the bustle at Rajarathnam Market. Our address is 72/1 on Gundopanth Street Main Road, just off the famous Avenue Road. This part of the city is always full of energy, and our shop is no different. We deal with all kinds of plastic products, and you can usually see our stock spilling out onto the front because we have so much of it. The building is quite old, like most things on Gundopanth Street, and it has a lot of character. We know all the other shopkeepers around here, and we often share tea or watch each other's stalls when someone needs a break. Working in a market like Rajarathnam means you have to be ready for anything, from sudden rain showers to huge crowds during the festival seasons. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning; we just have our counters and our shelves. Sometimes the deliveries get stuck three streets away because the roads are too narrow for the trucks, so we have to carry everything by hand. It’s tiring work, but it keeps us moving. People know us as the place on the corner where you can find almost any plastic container you’re looking for. We just keep things basic and focus on getting our customers what they need without any fuss. Being here at 72/1 for so long means we’ve seen the market change quite a bit.
