Anjali Asian Paint Workers

We are based over in Chamrajpet. Right by Ram Chowk, at number 61. It's mostly just us working with Asian Paints because that’s what most people around here ask for. We have been doing this for a good number of years now. My team is small but they know how to handle the brushes and the rollers properly. We don't really do anything else, just painting. Sometimes the walls are in pretty bad shape, so we spend a lot of time fixing the cracks and holes first. It’s messy work but someone has to do it. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad around the chowk. Usually, we finish one house and then move straight to the next one. We carry our own ladders and those plastic sheets to cover up the furniture. People in this area know us by our names. We aren't a big company with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear our old clothes that are covered in paint spots from years of work. That’s just part of the job. If you walk by our place at 61 Chamrajpet, you’ll likely see our tins and brushes drying out in the shade. We don’t spend any money on big advertisements, we just rely on folks telling their neighbors about us. It works out fine for us. We stay busy enough throughout the year. The weather can be a bit of a problem sometimes, especially when it rains, but we manage.
