Govinda Sri Granite

We are located out in the Jigani Industrial Area, which is quite a drive if you are coming from the center of town. Our place is No. 81e, right in the heart of Anekal Taluk where all the stone work happens. It is a noisy area with trucks coming and going at all hours of the day. We have been here for a while, dealing with granite slabs day in and day out. The yard is big and open, which helps when we have to move the larger pieces around with the crane. It gets very dusty, especially when the wind picks up across the industrial zone. We do not really bother with fancy signs or a polished front desk. Most of our visitors are people who know exactly what they are looking for or builders who have been coming to us for years. We just wear our work clothes and get on with the cutting and polishing. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us since the start. We usually eat lunch together under the shade of the back wall. It is not a glamorous job, but we take it seriously and try to make sure every slab is handled carefully before it leaves the gate on a truck.
