We are over at Jigani, specifically at 187-3 and 188-3. It is a busy industrial area, and being here means dealing with a lot of dust and truck traffic every day. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Most mornings start with the staff trickling in through the main gates and getting things settled. The weather in this part of town gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the day’s work. There is nothing fancy about our setup here. It is just a workspace where things happen. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but that is just part of being in this area. We usually have lunch together in the small break area. It isn't much, but it works for us. American Power Conversion (India) Pvt Ltd has been part of this landscape for quite some time, and people around here know where we are. Getting deliveries in and out through the Jigani roads can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, yet we manage to find a rhythm. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. It is mostly about the machines and the boxes and making sure the floor stays somewhat organized. We just focus on what needs to be done before the sun goes down and we all head home through the evening rush.
