We don’t have air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that click while they spin. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, especially in the summer. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the logs. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No one here wears a suit unless they have to. We’re usually in plain shirts with our sleeves rolled up. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do their shift, and head home to their families. Being on JC Road means we are in the thick of the city's trade.
