Alerts India

Our place, Alerts India, is located in Vishveshwaraiah Puram 2nd Phase at 35/5. It is a decent spot in a neighborhood that has changed quite a bit over the years. Most days we are just sitting here handling different alerts and making sure the equipment is behaving like it should. The office has a lot of monitors and desks pushed against the walls to make space for everyone. We get a lot of dust coming in from the street, so someone is always wiping down the tables. It gets pretty loud when the school nearby lets out, and the traffic on the corner can be a real headache in the evenings. We do not have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. Lunch usually means going down to the small shop on the corner for some rice or bringing something from home to eat while we work. We have a small crew and we have worked together for a long time, so we know each other's habits. It is mostly just about keeping things running and answering the calls as they come in. Nothing very exciting happens, but we stay busy enough to make the time go by fast. When the rain starts, the roof makes a lot of noise, and we usually have to move a few chairs around to stay dry. It is just a regular office life for us here.
