We are based over at 88/88/1 on 7th Main in Basavanagar, right off the Nagarabhavi Main Road. Specifically, we are in the 4th Main area of Kalyan Nagar. It is an engineering setup where we deal with air conditioning and ventilation systems. Most of our work happens on-site at buildings or factories, but this is where we keep our tools and do the planning. HVAC work is messy and involves a lot of heavy lifting and climbing around in ceilings. We are not the type to wear suits; we are usually in work clothes covered in a bit of insulation or dust. It is a practical business. If a cooling system breaks down in the middle of summer, we know it is a problem, so we try to get out there as fast as we can. We have got a small team that knows their way around ducts and compressors. The office in Kalyan Nagar is where we handle the billing and the drawings. It is not a showroom, just a place of work. We handle both small repairs and bigger installations for local businesses. People around here know us as the guys who show up with a ladder and a toolbox. We do not use fancy jargon, we just explain what is broken and how we are going to fix it so the air starts moving again. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right part.
