Aditya Nut Food

We are located at number 7 in the Uttarahalli Oshiwara area. Aditya Nut Food is basically a place where we process and pack different kinds of nuts and snacks. When you walk near the entrance, you can usually smell the roasting going on. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming in to drop off raw supplies and then leaving with the finished bags. Inside, it's mostly stainless steel tables and weighing scales. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors because we're usually too busy on the floor. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the batches to make sure nothing is off. It’s a lot of manual work, pouring things into hoppers and sealing the packets. Sometimes the machines get a bit finicky and we have to stop and fix them, which slows things down, but that's just how it is. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know exactly how long to roast the peanuts or how much salt to add without even looking at the clock. It gets quite warm in the back where the ovens are, so we keep the side doors open for a breeze. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation; we just focus on getting the snacks out to the shops that sell them. Our desks are covered in paperwork and sample bags, which is a bit messy, but we get the orders out on time.
