We are located over at 205, My Pride, which is part of Keerthi Rivera in Kaggadasapura. It’s right on 6th G Cross, a pretty busy spot in CV Raman Nagar here in Bangalore. Most of our days are spent dealing with property matters and hotel stuff, hence the name Adarsh Realty and Hotels. It’s not a huge setup, just a group of us working out of this office. We’ve been in this part of town for a bit now, and you get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People come in asking about places to stay or looking for help with real estate. We just try to get the paperwork right and help out where we can. The office is usually humming with phone calls or people dropping by to chat about listings. There isn't anything fancy about how we run things. We just open up in the morning, check our emails, and handle whatever comes through the door. Kaggadasapura has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, so it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes it's a bit hectic with the traffic on the cross road, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We mostly focus on making sure the guests at the hotels are sorted and the property side of the business stays organized. It's a lot of coordination, but we’ve got a system that works for us. If you’re around the C V Nagar area, you’ve probably walked past us a few times.
