Abi Insurance & Investment

We are located at 215 Jalahalli West on the ground floor. It’s pretty easy to spot since we’re right near the HMT Quarters and the Kaivara Temple. Abi Insurance & Investment is just a small local shop. We don’t have those huge glass offices you see in the city center. It’s just a ground-floor room where we sit and talk to people about their money and insurance stuff. There are usually a few files lying around and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We’ve been in Jalahalli for a while. Being near the temple means there’s always a lot of activity around here. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the bells and the traffic, but we like the energy. People walk in all the time just to ask a quick question. We don't have a receptionist, so you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the desk. It’s a very informal setup. We use plain English to explain things because we don't like all that jargon ourselves. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. It’s just a regular place for regular people. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the fan is making a clicking noise, just ignore it; we’ve been meaning to fix it for months. We’re just here to help folks figure out their paperwork. It’s not a big deal, just our daily job. We keep a stack of newspapers on the table for people waiting.
