Abb Ltd

Working in Peenya Industrial Area is a bit of an experience because of all the noise and the trucks moving in and out all day long. We are at Plot 5 and 6, and it’s a busy corner. Abb Ltd has had this space for a while. It’s mostly concrete and industrial sheds around here, so it’s not exactly a park, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time just coordinating things. Since it’s Bangalore, the traffic to get here in the morning is usually a nightmare, so we’re often starting the day a bit tired from the commute. But once we’re inside the gates, it’s just the usual work. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything. The desks are a bit old, and the tea guy comes around at eleven. We mostly deal with the technical side of things or whatever the main office sends our way. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on stuff. Sometimes we’re out in the yard, other times we’re staring at screens. It’s a good mix. We don’t really have a philosophy or anything, we just show up and make sure the orders are processed and the machines, if we're running any that day, are doing what they should. It’s just how things go in Peenya. It gets the job done and keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
