Aarding India Pvt Ltd is based out in Electronic City, down at the Veerasandra Industrial Area on the 2nd Cross. Our unit is 32-A. The area is always crowded with delivery lorries and workers from all the different factories around here. Inside our building, it’s mostly industrial equipment and people in work clothes. We have been operating from this spot for some time, and the building shows a bit of wear and tear, but it serves our purpose. Most of the day is spent on the floor, making sure the production stays on schedule. It can get quite loud when all the equipment is running at once. We handle a lot of technical parts and assemblies, so there are always blueprints lying around on the desks. The lunchroom is just a small corner with a few benches where we sit and eat. Electronic City traffic is a real headache, so getting things shipped out sometimes takes longer than we want. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. It isn't a flashy tech office; it's a real manufacturing site with a lot of heavy lifting and metalwork. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and make sure the gates are locked at night. It is a straightforward industrial operation. We try to stay out of the way of the big truck traffic on the 2nd cross when we leave.
