Over at A1 Electrical Works & Services in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, things are usually a bit messy but in a good way. You will see coils of wire, various testers, and toolboxes sitting around the shop floor. We have been working out of RT Nagar for quite a while now. The neighborhood knows us as the place to go when something stops working or the lights start flickering. We don't spend a lot of time sitting at desks. Most of the day is spent handling tools or being out on a call to fix a circuit board or a faulty connection. It is physical work and our hands usually have a bit of grease or dust on them by the end of the shift. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a standard door and a sign, but inside we have everything we need to get a job done. We have a couple of ladders leaning against the back wall and a workbench that has seen a lot of use over the years. We hear the local traffic passing by all day and sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in just to say hello or ask a quick question about a fuse. We don't have any scripted lines to say to customers. We just look at the problem, tell them what is wrong, and then try to get it fixed so they can go back to their daily lives without more trouble.
