Down on Sadar Patrappa Road, at number 115 on Ridge Road, you’ll find our little service shop. It’s tucked away a bit. We spend most of our time hunched over motherboards and trying to get laptops to turn back on. It’s a messy job sometimes. Solder smoke and old plastic smells are just part of the day. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a local spot where people bring their broken machines when they stop working. The workbench is always cluttered with tiny screws and screwdrivers. Keeping things organized is the goal, but when you have five repairs going at once, it gets tough to see the table. The floor is concrete and we have a few stools for people to sit on while they wait. It’s not a lounge. We just fix things. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, so the shelves stay full of waiting computers. The traffic on Ridge Road can be a headache, but we’re used to the noise by now. We’ve seen all kinds of tech problems over the years. Some are easy, some make us scratch our heads for hours. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Just us and our tools. If a neighbor has a computer issue, they usually find their way here. It’s a quiet life of fixing things that are broken. No fancy talk, just hardware and software work. We stay until the jobs are done.
