A R Associates

We’re over at 62-B in Peenya. If you know the industrial side of things, you know Peenya is where the real work happens. A R Associates has been operating out of this unit for some time. It’s a straightforward industrial space. We don’t have a fancy front office or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find us in the back handling the day-to-day tasks. The walls are a bit scuffed and the floor is concrete, but it’s perfect for what we do. We mostly deal with local businesses and contractors who need specific services or parts. It can get pretty loud in this area with all the nearby factories, but we’re used to it. We keep our paperwork in piles on the desks and our tools within reach. It’s not the most organized-looking place to a stranger, but it makes sense to us. We’ve built up a steady routine here. People know they can just walk in and talk to us directly without making an appointment. There’s no red tape or complicated processes. We just listen to what’s needed and see if we can get it done. Peenya is a tough, hardworking area, and we fit right in. We don't try to make things sound more impressive than they are. We’re just a small outfit trying to do good work from our little corner at 62-B. Most days are long, but we like the pace of the work here.
