A N Auto Electrical Works

Working here at Agara Patel Industrial Estate can get pretty loud during the day. A N Auto Electrical Works has been at number 23 for quite some time now. It is a small space, mostly filled with old batteries, loose wires, and tools that we have used so much the handles are worn down. Most days we are bent over a hood, trying to figure out why a car will not start or why the headlights are acting up. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the metal roof. We are not the type of people to wear fancy uniforms. Usually, my shirt has a bit of oil or grease on it by ten in the morning. People bring their trucks and cars when they have tried everything else. We do not use computer gadgets for every single thing. Sometimes you just have to look at the wire and see where it snapped or where the rust got to it. It is messy work. My hands are never really clean, no matter how much soap I use at the end of the shift. We have a tea stall nearby where we take a short break when things get frustrating. It is just us here, fixing what is broken for the local drivers. We do not have a receptionist or any office staff. If you come by, you will probably find me under a dashboard. We just keep the lights working for the folks around here.
