You can find our spot in Bangalore North, right on the first floor at 15th B Cross. It is in the 7th B Main area, which gets pretty crowded with traffic like most of Bangalore does. We are Hss Fresh Agri and we mostly handle getting fresh produce from the farms into the city. It is a lot of logistics and timing, making sure things don't sit around too long. The office at No. 843 is where we do all the planning and paperwork. It is a practical space, not really built for showing off. We deal with various fruits and vegetables that come in from different parts of Karnataka. Every morning starts pretty early because that is when the trucks and the goods are moving. Some of us have been in this line of work for years, so we know the markets and the farmers fairly well. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the food gets where it needs to go while it is still good to eat. If you are around the 560064 area, you might see us moving boxes or talking to drivers. It is a fast-paced environment but we like the energy of the city and the challenge of keeping things fresh. There is always something to do and a new problem to solve every day.
