Agroneo Farms Llp

Our setup is out in the KHB Industrial Area in Yelahanka New Town. Specifically, we are at Slk 1, No. 40/A. Being in an industrial area means it’s noisy and there are a lot of trucks moving around all the time. Agroneo Farms Llp fits right in there. We have a good amount of space for our equipment and the things we need to store. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for the view, but it’s where the real work happens. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The floors are concrete and they get cold in the rainy season. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background, mostly just to drown out the sound of the machines next door. Everyone here knows their job. We don’t have managers walking around with clipboards all day. We just talk to each other and get it done. Bangalore is growing fast, and Yelahanka is becoming a big hub, but inside our gates, it feels like its own little world. We have a small stove in the corner for making tea, and that’s basically our staff room. It’s a bit dusty, and the gate squeaks every time it opens, but it’s our place. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just people who know a lot about farming and hard work. That’s what counts at the end of the day when we lock up and finally head out.
