H22 Agro Farms Private Limited is based over in Marathahalli, specifically at No. 93/3 on the first floor of 1st Cross in Munnekolala. Being in a place like Bengaluru means things are always moving fast around us. Our office is just a regular room in a busy neighborhood. We focus on the agricultural side of things, even though we are situated in a more urban part of the city. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, and the street outside is usually full of people and traffic. We aren't a big, fancy corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us working here to manage our farm interests and the business side of things. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, coordinating with people out in the fields and the suppliers. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but that is just how we work. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and we’re there doing our jobs. It’s a practical space for practical work. We are just trying to bridge the gap between the farms and the city markets. It’s a lot of coordination and planning every day. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just get it done and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. There is always more work to finish.
