You can find us on the first floor at 20/64 along the 4th Cross in Gangappa Layout. Shakthi Nagar is a pretty busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We aren't out on a big farm; instead, we work from this small space in the city. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and we’re always hauling bags or equipment up and down them. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and the samples we keep lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of different agricultural plots. Since we’re in an urban layout, we don’t have much dirt under our fingernails most days, but we’re still tied to the land in our own way. The building is an older one, and the plumbing can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We usually have tea together in the mid-afternoon to take a break from the paperwork. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a practical place for us to get our business done. People from the neighborhood often stick their heads in to see what we’re up to. We try to keep things organized, but with so much going on, there’s usually a pile of folders or some gear taking up the extra chairs. It’s just our daily reality here, trying to manage everything from this one small floor.
