St Anne'S High School - Dodda Alahalli

You can find us on the Kanakapurasangam Road in Dodda Alahalli. It is part of the Kanakapura Taluk in the Ramanagara district. This is a high school, so we are dealing with older students who are getting ready for their future. The school is located in a bit of a rural setting. It is a way from the main city, but we have a good number of students who travel here from the surrounding areas. The building is quite large and has been here for years. We have a routine that we follow every single day. Assembly, classes, lunch break, and more classes. The teachers are focused on their subjects. We don't use flashy technology; it is mostly textbooks and talking. The grounds are dusty, especially when the wind picks up. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place running. There is always a fence to fix or a room to sweep. It is a very practical way of living. Parents here work hard, and they expect their children to do the same. We try to keep things orderly and disciplined. It is a straightforward environment. No big corporate vibes here, just a local high school trying to get the job done. We see the kids leave every evening, and we get ready to do it all over again the next day. It is hard work but it is what we do.
