If you go to Gandhi Nagar Market, you will see us at Shop No. 182. We are right opposite the main market area, so it stays pretty loud and busy all through the day. There are always people moving about and trucks unloading stuff nearby. Our shop is small but we managed to fit everything we need for systems and services inside. It’s mostly just us surrounded by hardware and tools. The floor is a bit uneven and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it doesn't bother anyone. We spend our time fixing machines or talking to customers who walk in from the market across the street. The air gets a bit heavy with the smell of street food and exhaust fumes from the traffic. Sometimes we leave the door open to get a breeze, even if the dust comes in. We’ve got a small stool for people to sit on while they wait, but mostly folks just stand and chat. It’s a practical place, nothing like those shiny stores you see in the malls. We know the other shopkeepers around here, so it feels like a friendly place to be despite the noise. Every morning we open up, sweep the front, and get to work on whatever arrived the day before. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much of a break. No one here wears a suit or tie.
