Indain Army (Corps Of Signals)

This is the Corps of Signals for the Indain Army over in Hospet. We are located at Mahaboob Manzil which is right behind the Railway Station Mosque. Khaja Moinuddin, whose father is Md Yousuff, is involved here. Our area is in the Bellary district and the pin is 583201. Working with the Corps of Signals means we deal with a lot of communication stuff. It’s a very specific kind of job and being stationed behind the mosque near the railway station makes for a busy environment. You can always hear the trains coming and going throughout the day. The building at Mahaboob Manzil is where we handle the daily logs and the equipment. It isn't a massive military base like you might see in the movies. It is more of a local office for our needs in this part of Karnataka. We stay focused on the tasks and keep the communication lines open as that is the main thing we do. The mosque is a very clear landmark so nobody ever gets lost trying to find us. We have our routines and we stick to them pretty strictly because that’s how it works in the army. Even in a place like Hospet, there is a lot to keep track of. We don't have time for a lot of extras or fancy decorations in the office space. It is just about getting the signals through and making sure everything is recorded properly in the files every single day.
