We are based out of Daltonganj, right here in the Palamu district of Jharkhand. If you haven't been to this part of India, it is a bit different from the big cities like Delhi or Mumbai. It is a bit quieter, though the main roads can still get pretty dusty and loud with the trucks moving through. Our office is a simple setup where we handle our daily business. We don't have fancy office furniture or a big lobby with a receptionist. Usually, it is just us sitting at our desks, working through whatever needs to be done for the day. The weather can get really hot during the summer months, so we rely on our old coolers to keep the air moving. People around here know where we are, and we usually get our tea from the stall just down the road. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that because most people find us just by asking around. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when the weather is bad, but we manage to get the work finished eventually. Life in Daltonganj has its own pace and we have just settled into it over the years. It is a practical place to be and we just keep our heads down and do what is required of us every single day.
