Sai Ram Pharma

We are located on Khanapur Road, right near the Chourashi Temple in Khanapur. You can usually hear the temple bells from inside the shop when things are quiet. The street outside can get pretty dusty with all the traffic going by, so we are always wiping down the glass counters. Sai Ram Pharma isn't a big place, but we fit a lot of inventory onto the wooden shelves we built years ago. The layout is simple. You walk in, and the counter is right there. We spend a lot of time looking through big ledgers and checking expiry dates on the bottles. It’s a lot of manual work. Khanapur is a small place, and everyone seems to know everyone else's business. We see the same people every month for their regular refills. We don't have a website or anything like that; people just come to the shop when they need something. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for the truck to come from the city with our supplies. When it’s busy, it gets a bit loud with people talking and the scooters zooming past on the road. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, unlock the gate, and stay until the evening. It’s a local life and we’re used to it. The temple nearby makes the whole street feel a bit more familiar.
