Mukund Ispat

We are located at R.S. No. 58/2 on Jamboti Road, right beside the Malu Factory. Being out in the Navage area means we have a bit more space than the shops in the city center. We deal with steel, or ispat as we call it, and the yard is usually full of it. It’s a big open area where the trucks can pull in easily from the main road. The ground is mostly gravel and dirt, so it gets a bit muddy when it rains. We have a small building that serves as our office, but most of the time we are outside checking the stock or talking to the drivers. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s quieter than the industrial estates. We don’t have any shiny posters or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us with a clipboard near the gate. We spend our days counting bundles and checking weights. It’s straightforward work. Sometimes we sit under the shade of the trees near the boundary wall to eat our lunch. The Malu Factory next door is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We just keep at it, loading and unloading, day after day. It’s a plain business and we like it that way. No need for complicated stuff when you are just moving steel from one place to another.
