Our business, Maltesh Enterprises, is based in the BT Habib Complex on New Cotton Market Road. If you know the area, you know it is one of the busiest parts of town, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. We are right in the middle of all that activity. The building isn't very new, but it serves our purpose well enough for storing things and handling our daily operations. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the office. There is always a lot of dust from the road and the sound of trucks unloading nearby. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a big corporate office feel; it is more like a place where things actually get done. Our team is small, just a few of us who handle everything from moving boxes to writing up invoices. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the busy periods. Sometimes the market road gets so clogged that even getting to the front door is a struggle. We’ve grown used to the chaos of New Cotton Market Road over the years. It is just how it is here. We focus on keeping our inventory sorted and making sure we don't lose track of orders in the middle of all the noise. It is honest work, and we are just regular people trying to keep things running.
