Ipca Laboratories Ltd

We are located over in Nehru Ngr. in Goundwad. It’s not the most famous part of the city, but it’s where we’ve set up Ipca Laboratories Ltd. Our building is a basic setup that fits what we need for our daily work. Inside, it is mostly labs and small office spaces where we handle the technical side of things. It’s not a place where you’ll see people in fancy suits or a lot of modern art on the walls. We mostly wear our lab coats and stay focused on whatever batch we are working on that day. The work can be a bit repetitive, checking the same things over and over to make sure everything is right, but that is just how lab work goes. We have a small team here and most of us have been around for quite a while now. We know the area well, including which tea stall is the best for a quick break. Goundwad can get pretty crowded during the day, so getting in and out of the area is sometimes a bit of a hassle with the local traffic. We don't really go for big corporate speeches or missions. We just show up, do the testing and the recording, and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We’ve found a rhythm that works for us, and we just stick to it without making things complicated or overthinking it too much.
