Varroc Exhaust System Pvt. Ltd

Our workshop is at B-14 in the MIDC area of Chakan. Varroc Exhaust System Pvt. Ltd is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so the whole neighborhood is filled with the constant sound of metal clashing and engines running. We work on exhaust systems, which is exactly as loud and dirty as you might think it is. The floor is always covered in tiny bits of metal and there is always the smell of welding in the air. We have a good group of workers who don’t mind getting their hands dirty and staying late when a job needs finishing. Chakan is a very busy industrial hub, and we fit right in with the rest of the manufacturing plants around here. It’s definitely not the kind of place you’d visit for a nice quiet walk, but it’s where things actually get made. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff or fancy brochures. We just focus on the pipes, the bending, and the welding. The machines we use need a lot of looking after, so there’s always someone with a wrench or an oil can in their hand. We have our small meetings over cups of tea in the cramped break area near the back. It’s practical, hard work. We deal with a lot of heavy parts, and by the end of a long shift, everyone is usually pretty tired and ready to head home. We aren't doing anything fancy or revolutionary, just putting together parts that people need for their vehicles.
