Yenegur Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited is a group of local women from the Umeraga area. We use H No 103 in Sutar Galli as our main point of contact. Most of us here in Yenegur have always been involved in the fields, but usually, we worked for ourselves without much of a plan. Now, we are trying to do things as a team. It's mostly about the daily grind of agriculture, from sorting out the seeds to making sure the harvest gets where it needs to go. We are not experts in business, but we know how to grow things and how to work hard. The Sutar Galli location is right in the heart of our community, so it's easy for the women to stop by and talk about the current crop situation. We face plenty of challenges, like the cost of water and the changing market rates, but having this company helps us face those problems together. It isn't a shiny office with computers; it is just a room where we keep our records and meet to make decisions. We are focused on the practical side of farming life here in the village. It is about supporting each other and making sure our families have what they need from the land. We take it one season at a time and learn from our mistakes as we go.
