Our place is over in Salagerioni, right near the Shankar Bharati Math. If you know the area, it is easy to find because everyone knows the Math. We are set up at Buvaneshvari Baleshwarmath’s spot. Fakiraswamy Raitha Vikas Producercompany Limited is really just a local effort for the farmers around here. It’s not a big setup with lots of employees. We mostly have people coming in and out all day, sharing news about their crops or asking about new rules for selling their stuff. The street can get a bit narrow, so parking is always a headache, but we make it work. Inside, it’s mostly just files and some old chairs where people sit and talk for hours. We focus on helping the Raitha, which just means the farmers, grow their business. It is a slow process sometimes. You have to be patient when you are dealing with agriculture and weather. We don't use any fancy software or anything like that; we just write things down and make sure everyone is treated fairly. It feels more like a community center than a business most days. We stay busy with the paperwork and making sure the farmers get their fair share when things go to market. It is a bit loud with the temple nearby and the shops, but it’s home for us. We just keep doing what we do.
