Wellagro Biotech

Wellagro Biotech is based in the Shinde Complex, specifically at unit number 107. We are located on Neeligin Road, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. The complex itself has a lot of different offices and shops, so there is always a bit of a crowd around. Our space is on the smaller side, but it’s enough for what we need to get done every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through paperwork at the desks. The Neeligin Road area can get quite congested during the morning rush, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the mess. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us. The office isn't decorated with anything special, just files, samples, and the usual furniture you’d find in a working office. We’ve been here for several years now. The neighbors in the complex are mostly other small business owners, so we all know each other. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. If someone comes by, we just talk to them plainly. There’s no big reception area or coffee machine. We just focus on the biotech side of things and keep our records straight. It’s a busy little place, but we like the location because everything we need is nearby. We just keep our heads down and work.
