Our office is right near Shri Shivayogi Circle in the Sadanand Complex. If you are in the Belgaum district area, you probably know where that is. Agri Gold Organic Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of here for some time. It's a bit of a crowded spot sometimes with the traffic from the circle, but it's central for the farmers who come in to see what we have for their crops. We mostly deal with organic inputs and fertilizers that people need for their fields. The shop isn't very large, so we keep the shelves pretty packed with bags and bottles. Sometimes the smell of the organic stuff is quite strong when a fresh shipment arrives. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about their soil and what’s growing this season. It's not a corporate setup with suits; it’s mostly just us in shirts and trousers drinking tea while we talk shop. We’ve seen the weather change a lot over the years and how it affects the local farming around Belgaum. Usually, someone is always at the desk from morning until late evening. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to Sadanand Complex. We keep a ledger of who bought what and try to keep enough stock so no one leaves empty-handed. It’s a simple life running this place. Sometimes we run out of space for storage and have to shift things around.
