This is Raybhan Farmers Producer Company Limited. We are located at Raybhan D. Bhalekar’s house, which is House Number 3 in Lyndennagar. If you are looking for us, we are right near the government well here in Nipani. It is a quiet spot most of the time. We got a bunch of farmers together because it just made sense to work as a group. Doing everything alone was getting too hard and way too expensive for everyone. Now, we use this space to talk about seeds, crops, and what we are going to do for the next season. It isn't a big glass building or anything like that. It is just a house where we meet up. Sometimes the well area gets a bit crowded with people getting water, but we do not mind the company. We handle the local produce and try to figure out the best way to get it to the market. There is usually a few of us sitting around talking about the weather or the prices. We do not use big words or have long meetings. We just get the work done. The town of Nipani is home for us, and this company is just our way of sticking together. If the door is open, someone is probably inside working on the accounts or checking the inventory. We are just regular people trying to make the farm life a bit more manageable for everyone involved in the group.
