We are the Navilutheertha Farmers Producer Company Limited, located in Dhupdalakaralkatti. That is in the Parasgad area with the pincode 591111. It’s a bit of a long name for a village, but it’s where we are. We are basically a group of farmers who decided to team up. Our office is just a small place in the middle of the village. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. Most people around here just know us by name. We spend our time talking about farming and how to get things done in the fields. It’s a very local thing. We don't have any formal training in business, we just learned as we went along. The building we use is old and simple. It stays cool in the summer which is nice. We don't use a lot of fancy English or corporate talk because that isn't who we are. We are just people from Parasgad who want to make things work for our families. Sometimes we meet under a tree if the office is too crowded. It’s a very relaxed way of working. We don't have set hours really; we just work when there is work to be done.
