Chaitanya Ice Parlour

Chaitanya Ice Parlour is over here on Kappagal Road, specifically at 9th Cross on the right side of the 5th Link. It’s a busy enough spot and we see a lot of the same faces every day. This place isn't anything fancy, just a small parlour where people stop by when it gets too hot outside. My family and I spend most of our time here keeping the freezers running and making sure there's enough on the shelves. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets a bit loud but inside it’s mostly just the hum of the machines. We’ve been at this for a while now. Neighbors walk in after work or on their way home to grab something cold. There’s a lot of manual work involved, like cleaning up after the rush and checking the inventory every night. It’s a simple living. We do not have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just ice cream and some seats for people to sit down for a minute. Most folks around here know where we are. We just keep the doors open and try to get through the daily tasks. If you are walking down 9th Cross, you will probably see us there. It’s just a normal part of the neighborhood where things move at their own pace. Nothing more to it than that really. We just try to keep the stock fresh and the shop tidy.
