We are Alnavar Taluka Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our spot is at 001 A, Dusgekar Farm House, which is right near the jack well here. Most people just know where the farm house is, so it’s not too hard to find us once you get to this part of the taluka. It’s a group of us local farmers working together. We started this because we needed a way to manage things as a collective. It’s a busy place. Someone is usually around the office or out back by the jack well dealing with the daily tasks. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and talk about the crops or the supplies we need for the season. The farm house is an old building, but it does the job. Living and working here means we see each other every day. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity from the city. This is just how we get our work done. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road gets a bit muddy when it rains, but we manage. If you’re heading towards the jack well, you’ll see our sign. We keep our paperwork here and meet up to figure out the next steps for the group. It is a simple setup for local people. There is always a lot to do, especially during harvest time. We just take things one day at a time.
