Acme Refrigeration

You can find us at 4096 Kangral Galli, which is one of those streets that gets pretty packed during the day. Acme Refrigeration has been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of units coming in for repair, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent poking around the insides of cooling systems and trying to figure out why they stopped humming. It’s a lot of copper pipes, refrigerant gas, and trying not to lose the small screws. The shop is usually full of old parts and tools we’ve picked up over the years. It’s not a showroom by any means. We’ve got grease on our shirts and probably some on the walls too. People from the neighborhood know us and they usually just walk in when they have a problem with their fridge or some other cooling bit. We don't have a big front desk or anyone in a suit. Usually, you just find one of us hunched over a compressor with a torch or a wrench. The street outside is always noisy with people moving about, so there’s never a dull moment. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things back to being cold again. It’s just what we do here in the lane, day in and day out, without much fuss or bother.
