K. S. & A. D. Chunamari

Our business, K. S. & A. D. Chunamari, is located at Plot No. 841 in Raviwarpet. This is an old part of the city, and we have been part of the landscape here for many years. We deal mostly in lime and related materials, which is a traditional trade in our family. The CTS number on the plot helps people find us, but most folks just know us by the white dust that tends to settle around the entrance. Raviwarpet is always crowded with vehicles and people, so it can be a bit of a struggle to unload the sacks when the supply trucks arrive. We don't have a modern office with air conditioning. We just have a small space where we sit and keep our accounts in big paper books. The work is physical and we are often covered in white powder by the time we close up for the day. We don't do any promotional events or have a sales team. Our customers are mostly builders and painters who have been buying from us for decades. They know the quality of what we provide, and they know we are always here at Plot 841. It’s a straightforward way of living, following the trade that was passed down to us. We just keep working and taking care of the customers who come through our door day after day.
