S N P College, Sanjat

Out here in Sanjat, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. S N P College is right in the heart of this part of Begusarai. It is a simple place, really. We don’t have any big glass walls or air conditioning in every room. Most of the time, you just hear the sounds of the village and the students talking between their classes. The address is just Sanjat, and everyone around here knows where that is. We have been part of this community for a long time. The floors are a bit worn down from years of feet walking over them. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. The teachers here are local folks mostly. We see the seasons change from the classroom windows, from the dusty summers to the muddy rainy months. It is just a regular college where kids from nearby villages come to get an education. Sometimes the goats from the neighborhood wander a bit too close to the gate. We just shoo them away and keep going. There is a sense of being part of something old and steady here in Bihar. We open up early and close when the sun starts to go down. It isn't anything fancy, just a place for learning. We like it that way. No need for complicated things when you are just trying to help students pass their exams and learn something useful. It is just life in Sanjat.
