Acc Limited

Being out here in Bihar, specifically in the 851129 area, things move at their own pace. We are part of Acc Limited, and our daily life is pretty straightforward. The sun gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early. Our workspace isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s got a few marks on the walls and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for what we do. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the day's list of chores. There are a few of us who have been here since the start. We talk about the weather or what’s happening in the local market. It’s a plain existence, really. No one here is trying to be a hero. We just want to finish the work and get home to our families. If someone stops by, they'll find us probably drinking chai and looking over some ledgers. We don't have a fancy reception or a big sign. Just the address in Bihar that we call home during the week. It can be dusty, and sometimes the roads aren't great, but we like it here. It’s home. We don't use big words or have meetings that last for hours. We just decide what to do and then we do it. That’s the way it’s always been for us at this branch. It is a simple life for simple people.
