Our shop is located at Shop No. 4 in the Nagarparishad Shopping Centre. If you know Gevrai, you probably know where the Old Bus Stand is on NH 221. We are right near there. It’s a convenient place for people to drop off their laptops or desktop towers when they start acting up. We’ve been fixing computers for a long time now. It’s mostly just us working through piles of cables and old monitors every day. Some days are really busy with people coming in from the highway, and other days are quieter. We aren't a big chain store or anything like that. It’s just a small space packed with spare parts and tools. We handle a bit of everything, from software issues to hardware that’s given up the ghost. Living and working near the bus stand means we see a lot of faces passing through. We try to keep the shop organized, but honestly, with all the repairs going on, it can get a bit cluttered. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch. We just look at what’s broken and see if it’s worth fixing. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. It’s nice knowing the people in the neighborhood. Computers can be frustrating for everyone, including us sometimes. But we like the work and we plan on staying here for the long run.
