Sandeep Building Material is located near the Katra Bypass on NH-28 in Basti. Our address is officially in Anand Nagar, right by the Post Office in Gandhinagar. Being so close to the highway means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks zooming past. We sell all kinds of things people need to build houses. Sand, gravel, and other basics are piled up in the yard. It’s not a pretty place, just a functional one where we keep the materials ready for whoever needs them. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with drivers or talking to local contractors who need a load of sand delivered to a site. The bypass makes it easy for us to get around, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been in this part of Basti for a long time. People know they can find us here near the bypass. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being in a good spot and treating people fairly when they come to buy from us. Sometimes we sit outside on old wooden chairs and watch the traffic while we wait for the next customer. It’s a simple life and we don’t ask for much more than a steady stream of work to keep us busy. The sun hits the yard hard in the afternoon but we stay open as long as the trucks are moving.
