Computer Solution Centre & Common Service Centre

Our place is right at Harendranagar School More. Being in South 24 Parganas, we see a lot of people coming in for all sorts of help. It’s not just about fixing a computer that won't turn on, though we do plenty of that. Since we are a Common Service Centre, people stop by to get prints, fill out forms online, or deal with government paperwork that they can't do from home. The internet can be a bit slow out here sometimes, but we manage. The shop is usually crowded in the afternoons when school lets out nearby. We have a few computers set up for people to use. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside at the junction, but you get used to it. We've got a printer that runs almost all day. Sometimes we have to explain how the online portals work to the older folks who aren't used to keyboards. It’s a mix of tech support and general help for the village. We keep some basic stationery too because students always need a pen or a notebook last minute. It’s a small space, mostly filled with paper and computer towers. We don’t have a big sign, just look for the crowd near the school crossing. It’s been a few years since we started here, and we know most of the faces in Harendranagar by now. It is just a local spot for help.
