Our place is located over at Adharshanager in Belghoria, specifically on the 4th Lane in the Nimta area of Kolkata. It's a bit of a residential spot, which makes it a quiet place to work compared to the center of the city. We’ve been here for a while, and the office is just a regular building at Eea/15/E/1 where we handle our daily operations. Since we are in the infotech sector, a lot of our time is spent looking at screens and dealing with data, but we try to keep the atmosphere friendly and low-key. We aren't one of those massive tech companies with bean bags and free snacks everywhere. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of hard work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living and working in this part of Kolkata, so we just deal with it. The staff mostly comes from the surrounding neighborhoods like Belghoria and Nimta, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just come in, do the work that’s assigned to us, and go home to our families. It’s a simple life and a simple way to run a business. We like being part of this community and having a workspace that feels more like a home than a cold corporate office.
